Return & Refund Policy
At SpiritStyle, every item is custom-printed just for you the moment you place your order at https://spiritstyle.store. Because we do not carry inventory or pre-printed stock, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or contains a printing error:
Claim Window: You must submit a claim within 30 days after the product has been received.
Our Responsibility: Any claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund once the issue is verified.
How to Report: Please email [Your Support Email] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Packages Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date:
Claim Window: All claims for lost packages must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Resolution: Once confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work to provide a replacement.
3. Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Because each garment is uniquely crafted for you:
No Returns/Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or for ordering the incorrect size.
Sizing Tip: To ensure a perfect fit, please refer to the specific size charts found on each product page at spiritstyle.store before placing your order.
4. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments
Incorrect Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be liable for the cost of reshipping the order.
Donations: Any returned orders that remain unclaimed after 30 days are donated to charity, and we are unable to issue a refund in these cases.
5. Sealed Goods (Hygiene)
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks. Any such items returned to our facility will be disposed of and will not be available for reshipping.
6. EU Consumers
In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day return window) does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
