Our Custom Process

At SpiritStyle, we take pride in the intentionality behind every garment. To ensure we are good stewards of our resources and to minimize waste, we do not maintain a warehouse of pre-printed stock. Instead, each item is individually crafted and printed specifically for you the moment you place your order.

All Sales are Final

Because each product is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing)

  • Incorrect color choice

Our Quality Guarantee

While we do not offer traditional returns, we are fully committed to the quality of our apparel. If your order arrives and is not up to our high standards, we want to make it right.

We will provide a free replacement or store credit if:

  • The item arrives physically damaged.

  • The print is defective or significantly different from the design shown.

  • You received the wrong size or item due to a fulfillment error on our part.

How to Resolve an Issue

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@spiritstyle.in within 14 days of delivery. To help us serve you quickly, please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. A clear photo of the damage or the defective print.

Once we verify the issue, we will immediately put a replacement into production for you at no extra cost.
